With over 320 in-house service technicians, WMF has the largest service pool for commercial coffee machines in Europe. Thanks to the new solution, service technicians can now conveniently view machine data via the Internet, enabling them to quickly analyse and rectify faults. At the heart of the solution is the CM Gateway, a high-performance, Linux-based communications terminal that has been developed specifically for WMF. This module collects, processes and securely transmits machine data to central servers.
