With condition monitoring, you continuously monitor the condition of your machines. With the monitoring you collect data which helps you to optimize the machine processes and thus to increase the capacity.<\/p>\n

The data collected will not only help you increase productivity, but also prevent damage. By networking all processes and workflows, you have a complete overview.

The machine no longer has to be completely disassembled to detect progressive wear of individual components. With the alarm function via SMS or e-mail, the malfunction is reported to the service center in real time.<\/p>\n

Via the manifold interfaces of the MC100 SensT2 you network and connect all existing machines, devices and sensors.<\/p>\n

PLC, sensors and IO-Link can be integrated into the system via Ethernet using Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU.<\/p>\n

The data is collected via the freely programmable gateway and stored in a cloud. Special software tools such as JAVA, C++ or Node-RED are available for this purpose, as well as further analysis and evaluation options – which the software also offers.<\/p>\n

You also have a wide choice of cloud and service protocols:

In our practical example, at a manufacturer of gear and drive technology, speed, volume, temperatures, fill levels, pressure and vibrations must be monitored regularly.<\/p>\n

Measured data is sent from an IO-Link master to the gateway and process parameters from the customer PLC can be read out via the gateway.<\/p>\n

Encrypted via MQTT or OPC UA, the data is forwarded to the cloud set up, which you can access at any time.<\/p>\n

The Internet connection for this can be established via Ethernet, WLAN or LTE.<\/p>\n

Programming of the MC100 gateway, the interfaces and a dashboard for monitoring is conveniently possible via Node-RED.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
