Focus on critical infrastructure: secure communication for transportation, traffic and logistics

Transportation, traffic and logistics are increasingly becoming critical infrastructure. This increases the requirements for fail-safe and independent communication – especially in the course of the gradual expansion and use of the 450 MHz radio network.

Our certified MC-MNR 450 MHz router enables secure and reliable communication within this network. It is specially designed for use in critical infrastructures and supports stable voice and data transmission – even when public networks are not available.

Reliable operational and crisis communication

Our 450 MHz router enables end-to-end voice communication in a wide variety of scenarios: from the coordination of drivers, train drivers or port personnel to the connection of control centers and communication with external service providers such as maintenance, security or cleaning. Mobile emergency teams – for example in the event of malfunctions, accidents or crisis management – can also be reached at any time.
The router can also be used as a redundant communication path, e.g. to secure control centers or as a backup in the event of existing system failures and large-scale power outages.

Secure M2M communication

In the machine-to-machine (M2M) sector, our 450 MHz router enables reliable networking of installations, sensors and systems. Typical applications include the transmission of operating and status data from vehicles, the connection of storage and conveyor technology, the monitoring of cold chains or the recording of fill levels and environmental parameters.
Applications such as traffic light control systems, digital display panels, passenger information systems or switch control systems can also be securely connected in the transport infrastructure sector. The router ensures continuous data transmission – even in the event of network disruptions or a crisis.
