The MC MNR DLTE (Dual-LTE) 4-port industrial router has been specially developed for demanding industrial applications and IoT projects where availability, data security and connection speed are paramount. With two integrated LTE Cat 4 modules (Quectel EM05-E & EC25-E), the industrial router supports a variety of LTE FDD and LTE TDD bands. This enables data rates of up to 150 Mbit/s in the downlink and 50 Mbit/s in the uplink – perfect for stable mobile connections. Excellent signal quality can be achieved via four SMA antenna connections.
The robust aluminium housing with protection class IP20 and the extended operating temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C make the MC MNR DLTE 4 port industrial router particularly suitable for harsh environments. The compact design (44 x 105 x 124 mm) and low weight (approx. 500 g) allow easy integration into control cabinets, distribution boxes or mobile systems. DIN rail and wall mounting are equally possible.
An ARMv8 quad-core processor (up to 2 GHz), 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory provide sufficient resources for data-intensive applications in an industrial environment. The operating system is OpenWRT 24 – a powerful, customizable Linux-based system, ideal for individual configurations and customer-specific applications.
The MC MNR DLTE 4 port industrial router impresses with a variety of interfaces that enable flexible integration into a wide range of applications. These include four RJ45 Ethernet ports for wired network communication, an SFP port for connection via fiber optics and two analog inputs. There are also four digital inputs and outputs, an RS-485 interface for serial communication, a USB 3.0 port for external devices and integrated WLAN. Two SIM card slots also enable a fail-safe, redundant mobile phone connection.
We recommend the M2M SIM from wherever SIM.
